We have provided unique, high-quality, ecologically sustainable solutions with cutting-edge technology and flexible products.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a technical / Sales Engineer located in Small Industries Area, 3rd Settlement, New Cairo. The technical / Sales Engineer will be responsible for (but not be limited to) the following:- Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge and applications,- Reviewing preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project,- Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education,- Preparing and issuing necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.- Ensuring that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works,- Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues,- Producing quotations for customers in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner,- Recommending improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production,- Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations,- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region,- Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements,- Preparing reports for head office,- Meeting regular sales targets.Qualifications:- BSC degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture),- 0-5 Years of experience in a related field (Civil, Architecture, Landscape),- Technical Office related software skills are required (Auto cad - 3D max - photo shop – MS Office & Mastering different drawing tools),- Excellent command of the English Language both written & spoken,- High teamwork skills,- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,- Good verbal and written communication skills,- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs,- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks,- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity,- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks,- Priority for having a car and a valid driving license.Working hours- 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday.Contact:sara.alazhary@decoland-eg.com+2 011 1199 5970
