ExperienceA Minimum of 2 years relevant technical sales experience, or 10 years relevant experience.Exposure to/ Experience in the following will be a significant advantage:Petrochemical Process treatmentBoiler water treatmentRaw water flocculation treatmentCooling water treatmentLiquid/solid separationWritten service reports Having done internal service inspections of related equipment at customer’ sitesExperience in polymer application to solid/liquid separation. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToEnsure sustainability and growth of a specific account/accounts by conducting the following activities in accordance with “The Buckman Way”Retain and expand business to grow sales and profit margins to achieve business objectivesEnsure existing applications and equipment are maintained and technical services are performed to ensure optimal performanceEnsure that the sales efforts are aligned with Buckman marketing strategyMaintain and improve SHERQ performance to deliver targeted sales at the lowest possible risk to the companySupport the Account manager in managing and implementing Continuous Improvements and ProjectsThe successful candidate will be a people-person, practically orientated, able to handle pressure, a problem solver and a team member who is self-motivated. They must be able to communicate at all levels, be organized and self-disciplined. Candidate needs to be computer literate in Microsoft packages, and understand business systems and be able to produce technical reports. This position requires the candidate to have a Driver’s License.
