Technical Support Specialist

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications which will include:- reviewing access request form- communicating with requesters- access provisioning- validating access provisioned is correct- retaining evidence for audit- Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs- Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must.- Good oral and written communication skills is essential MUST HAVE:Application support experienceAccess provisioning experienceExperience report runningProficient within Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP's) Soft skills Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) NICE TO HAVESQL experience (run queries) AML experiencePowerShell experience (run queries)Prior banking or financial experience experience
