Job Title: Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 Location: Greater Hamilton Area, Ontario (On-site, full-time)Type: PermanentSalary: $95,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experienceWe are partnered with a respected, well-established organization within the real estate development and construction sector seeking a Business Analyst with strong systems expertise, particularly in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and HomebuilderONE. This role is ideal for a technically capable BA who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, optimizing processes, and driving system enhancements that directly improve operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions across multiple functional areas.Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to support new features and enhancements.Identify process inefficiencies and drive optimization within Dynamics 365 F&O and HomebuilderONE environments.Provide day-to-day end-user support, including troubleshooting issues, responding to system inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Assist with configuration, customization, and deployment of new tools, features, and modules within D365 and HomebuilderONE.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure systems meet business needs and align with internal controls.Deliver training, documentation, and implementation support for new users, tools, and workflows.Lead or support system enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful rollout through testing, validation, and change management.Coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support the adoption of system and process improvements across the organization.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within real estate, construction, or enterprise system environments.Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or HomebuilderONE is strongly preferred.Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a significant asset.Familiarity with X++, Microsoft Visual Studio, and ERP configuration is considered an advantage.Strong technical documentation skills, including creating BRDs, user stories, workflows, and test plans.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with a proven track record of collaborating across business and technology teams.Experience with Agile methodologies and business process modeling techniques preferred.The OpportunityPlay a key role in shaping system functionality and business processes across a growing real estate and development organization.Work directly with operational leaders, IT, finance, and vendors to influence the future of the D365 and HomebuilderONE environments.Gain exposure to new modules, tools, and system enhancements, with continuous opportunities for professional development.Join a collaborative, supportive hybrid work environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.Competitive salary, strong benefits package, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on enterprise-wide systems.If you’re an experienced Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and business operations, we’d love to hear from you.
