What You’ll Do: Your Blueprint for National ImpactBuild a Canadian Presence from Coast to Coast: Engage Probate, Tax, Trust and Estates lawyers and Private Client professionals - turning conversations into long-term partnerships.Be a Leading Face of Estate Research Canada: Represent our brand at conferences, lunches, webinars, and high-value events and deliver standout experiences from planning to follow-up.Drive Growth & Win Business: Manage and expand a portfolio of clients while hunting new opportunities and hitting realistic, meaningful growth targets.Master the Client Experience: Act as the primary Canadian contact, providing expert guidance, exceptional communication, and seamless service.Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with our UK Quotes Team to ensure every enquiry is handled quickly, accurately, and professionally.Keep Us Connected & Informed: Maintain accurate records in our case management system, ensuring flawless client journeys.Support Strategic Leadership: Jump in on ad hoc commercial and strategic initiatives for the Managing Director, Heads of Department, and HR.Travel with Purpose: Explore key markets across Canada and occasionally internationally (with full support for overnight stays). What You Bring: Proven experience in business development, ideally in legal services, probate, trusts, private client, or adjacent professional services.A track record of growing and developing a service line or market.Strong understanding of probate, trusts, and Private Client processes in Canada (highly desirable).Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and absolute discretion.Confident, polished communication skills - comfortable engaging senior decision makers and industry leaders.Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working schedules tied to events. Bonus Points If You Have…Experience planning or running webinars, conferences, or events.CRM or case management system experience.An existing network inside Canada’s Private Client, probate, or legal services communities.
