We are passionate about empowering creators, driving impactful brand campaigns, and building a thriving ecosystem for influencer marketing.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Technology Manager with 7+ years of professional experience to lead Kliq’s technology and product development. In this pivotal role, you will have full ownership of the department, taking over the leadership of our existing technical team and overseeing a multi-platform ecosystem (iOS, Android, and Web) supported by a microservices-oriented architecture.As a key member of the leadership team, you will have full authority to conduct a thorough audit of our current infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling. Beyond maintaining technical excellence, you will be responsible for spearheading our AI and Machine Learning roadmap, ensuring Kliq remains at the forefront of innovation in the creator economy.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Ownership & Strategy: Take complete responsibility for the technical roadmap. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Web, Mobile, and Microservices infrastructure to define and execute Kliq’s long-term technical vision.Architecture & Scalability: Manage and optimize the current microservices architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and modularity as the platform scales.AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, focusing on influencer discovery algorithms, predictive analytics, and automated campaign matching.Platform Excellence: Oversee the development lifecycle across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless, high-performance user experience across Web, iOS, and Android.Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to the development process. You should be heavily hands-on, comfortable writing and reviewing code across the backend, web frontend, and mobile stacks.System Integration: Lead the integration of critical third-party systems, including but not limited to Payment Gateways (payouts and billing), ERP/CRM solutions, and social media APIs.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team with full authority, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and rapid delivery.Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Management and other department leads to align technical and AI strategies with Kliq’s business objectives.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 7+ years in software engineering with a proven track record in a leadership role within a high-growth startup.Architectural Expertise: Deep understanding of Microservices, distributed systems, and scalable cloud patterns.AI/ML Proficiency: Experience or strong foundational knowledge in implementing Machine Learning models (Recommendation engines, NLP, or Predictive Analytics).Multi-Platform Proficiency: Expertise in cross-platform mobile development (e.g., Flutter), and strong professional knowledge of native mobile development for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).Full-Stack & Integration: Backend: Deep experience with Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Integrations: Experience with Payment Gateways (Stripe, Moyasar, etc.), ERP systems, and CRMs.Databases & Infrastructure: Experience with SQL/NoSQL, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills required to translate technical complexity into business value.Why Join Kliq?Full Ownership: This is your department to lead.
