The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing potential client relationships, and engaging with customers to promote CapiPlan’s products and services. Key duties include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsProven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and secure potential clientsStrong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to build positive relationships and address customer needs effectivelyExcellent Communication skills, both oral and written, to convey information clearly and professionallyGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targetsProficiency in using CRM or telemarketing software is a plusPrior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is an advantageBachelor Degree or equivalent; Experience in tele sales or marketing are a bonusExcellent skills in English communicationSalary BudgetSalary Budget for this position is PKR 50,000/- per monthPlus other Benefits
