The Crerar Road accommodation site provides a home away from home experience to our participants who come to town for medical appointments, shopping, catch up with family or sporting events.In addition to this we provide renal, short stay hostel and Homeless accommodation.CatholicCare NT operates the Crerar Road Accommodation site seven days, twenty-four hours with meals for participants included.About The RoleThe Tenancy and Facilities Officer position at CatholicCare NT ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the Crerar Road accommodation site, and associated housing managed by CCNT, by providing professional end-to-end tenancy management and maintenance services.What We Are Looking ForRelevant Qualification and experience in a similar role Experience in delivering tenant and property services (or related field)Knowledge and understanding of issues facing and effecting people at risk of experiencing homelessness or housing insecurityStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including being able to connect and work with a broad range of tenants, support networks, internal and external stakeholders.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and relevant business and project management toolsHow To ApplyFor a full role description including key selection criteria, please visit our careers website. www.catholiccarent.org.au/current-vacancies/Applications Close: 9am Tuesday 25 Novemeber 2025Interviews on: Rolling interviewsApplications for this position may be closed earlier than anticipated or extended at the discretion of the hiring manager.Applications only progress if made directly through our CatholicCare NT website.
