The store is located in a shopping centre environment, so this is a perfect role for those who love in-person connections and working on a variety of enquiries. Qualifications & Experience:2+ years of leisure travel consultant experience, ideally in a retail store environmentAmadeus GDS preferred, however not essential Good office skillsCustomer service skills, ideally in-person and over the phoneExcellent tourist destination knowledge Strong airfare knowledgeEffective communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail  Responsibilities:Greeting new clients, building rapport and establishing travel needs through in-depth consultationsQuoting and booking clients' travel requests.Planning and coordinating daily operational and administrative functions.Going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.Liaising with supplier partners to source the most suitable product for each client.Working closely with colleagues in-store and across the Pursers Travel Group network, teaching, learning, and sharing best practices. Benefits:Travel industry benefits with major travel partnersSupportive management and great team environment Individual and team incentivesEducational and travel opportunitiesCareer growth and professional developmentRegular team celebrationsPart-time hours considered
