ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Ltd. is looking for Territory Executive - CattleKey PointsWe seek a proactive, results-driven Sales professional to grow our cattle feed business by driving sales, supporting dealers, building customer ties, and aiding market development.Job Description / ResponsibilityThis role involves extensive field visits and direct interactions with farmers and dealers. Travel and outdoor work in rural /agricultural settings are routine.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cattle feed products in the assigned territory.Provide support to existing dealers to enhance their business performance and profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and influencers in the dairy and livestock sector.Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.Identify and explore new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.Gather insights on competitor activity, product performance, and market trends.Share relevant market intelligence with the reporting manager for strategic planning.Submit accurate daily sales updates and dealer visit reports.Prepare and share monthly sales performance reports and farm trial results.Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and field activities.Collaborate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives in the territory.Educational RequirementsDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal HusbandryBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Animal FeedExperience Requirements1 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): SalesThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)Additional RequirementsSales & Marketing experience in the animal Feed industryCan ride motor-cycle.Hardworking & energetic Flexible and adaptive to work anywhere in Bangladesh.Good Technical Knowledge Minimum computer literacyJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
