Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 130 service stations with over 91 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and Lubricants. In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:TERRITORY MANAGERResponsibilitiesRetail Strategy & Business DevelopmentDefine and implement retail strategies covering all station businesses.Analyze market trends to identify opportunities, threats, and SFS (Shop, Food, Services) growth potential.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and security policies.Financial & Profitability ManagementOptimize station profitability, including franchise fees, rentals, and other income streams.Prepare financial controls and forecasted P&L.Collaborate with the Optimization team to analyze station profitability.Marketing & PromotionsInitiate marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the Marketing Department.Conduct competitor price surveys and monitor competitor activities.Station Operations & Service QualityEnsure proper retail segmentation and station renovation plans.Oversee general upkeep, safety, and security of stations.Monitor and improve customer service performance and sales.People Development & TrainingEnsure staff competency in active selling, HSEQ awareness, and service standards.Identify training needs and implement development programs.Compliance & SafetyPromote food hygiene awareness and prevent food safety incidents.Report non-conformities or security issues immediately.Performance MonitoringVisit stations regularly to review sales action plans and address underperformance.Supervise station activities including sales, stock, and customer relationships.Other DutiesSupport Top Service initiatives and other tasks assigned by the Retail Manager.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Management or related fieldsExperience with business to business sales and business to customer salesProven track record of building business and hitting sales targetsStrong management, time management and communication skillsAbility to work in fast paced working environmentExcellent relationship management and negotiation skillsCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagementKnowledge of retail operations, marketing, and compliance standardsValid Driver’s License: Must hold an active and valid driver’s license.Travel Availability: Willing and able to travel extensively within the assigned territory or region as part of the role.
