Join us in revolutionizing dentistry with technology-driven innovations that make a lasting impact.We are the exclusive distributor for Coxotec, Golden Promise Dental Chairs, Smiloden Invisible Aligners, as well as a Preferred Partner for LargeV 3D CBCT and Sub-Dealer for AlliedStar Intraoral Scanners.We’re looking for a passionate, business-oriented professional to drive sales growth, strengthen OEM relationships, and expand our presence across dental clinics nationwide.Location:Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid field and office-based role — requires regular visits to dental clinics and hospitals.)Position SummaryThe Business Development & Product Manager will oversee sales, marketing, and business expansion for SmileTech’s dental equipment and product portfolio. This role combines strategic market development with hands-on product promotion, dealer engagement, and clinical training initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Identify and build relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and procurement officers.Manage OEM relationships with partner brands (Coxotec, Golden Promise, Smiloden, LargeV, AlliedStar).Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for dental professionals.Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions.Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.Collaborate with management to refine pricing, promotions, and product positioning.Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analysis.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Dentistry, or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or product management within the dental, medical, or healthcare equipment industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple products and brands simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Must be willing to travel within Nigeria for client visits and product demos.Skills & AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning skillsMarket research, sales, and lead generation abilitiesTechnical understanding of dental workflows and equipment.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Passion for innovation and advancing dental care in Nigeria.CompensationCompetitive Base Salary: Flat-Rate Commission: Per product sold Quarterly Performance Bonus for exceeding sales goalsHow to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and a short cover letter explaining their relevant experience and motivation to: 📧 careers@smiletechinnovations.com with the subject line: Application – Business Development & Product Manager (Dental Equipment & Devices)Application Deadline: [November 15, 2025]Join UsAt SmileTech, we’re building the future of dentistry in Nigeria — one innovation at a time.
