Because when it comes to something as vital as coffee, you don’t mess with perfection.The RoleThe Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is key to expanding Graffeo’s wholesale business. You will be the face of Graffeo to restaurants, cafés, and gourmet retailers, ensuring they have what they need to sell more Graffeo coffee. This is a field-based role with 80-85% travel, where you’ll identify prospective wholesale accounts, convert them into Graffeo partners, and grow existing relationships. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGMaster the Graffeo product line. Understand how our coffee fits the needs of high-end food and beverage establishments.Own your territory. Build and execute a structured ‘zone’ travel plan to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.Prospect aggressively. Use research tools (Google, LinkedIn, industry contacts) to build a pipeline of potential accounts.Drive sales through in-person visits. Make at least 25 high-quality calls per week—each resulting in an order.Train and engage customers. Teach restaurant and retail staff how to position and sell Graffeo coffee.Grow the business. Hit quarterly targets for new accounts and sales revenue.Maintain detailed records. Track all prospecting, sales activity, and customer interactions.Key Requirements:5+ years of outbound sales experience. Field-based experience within the Food & Beverage industry at a premium brand and/or food brokerYou don’t take no for an answer.
