Job DescriptionKey responsibilitiesSupports the Integration Implementation on validating requirements by conducting module test, integration test for the new system functionsExecutes test plans and validate test cases based on customer requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.Implements and monitors test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the customer requirements.Identify and assist in remedying defects to ensure customer requirement is met during the testing process and is fully functionalSupport the hyper care after system/business go live by doing investigation on customer complaints and product issuesFollow the Agile/Scrum methodologyWe are looking forBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field8+ years’ experience in technology or business analysis positions, or experience from Technical support roles is preferredOn-hand Experience of Agile/Scrum Methodology and JIRA system is preferredAnalytical skills with ability to think logically and in structured approachCan effectively communicate with internal business users in both the business and technical settingSelf-motivated and able to drive effective collaboration virtually and remotely;Fast LearnerJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
