Customer Success & Partner Manager (Full-Time, Berlin Hybrid) Language: Fluent German (C1) & English Start Date: As soon as possibleWith over 2 million users and strong partnerships across Germany, we’re scaling our partner ecosystem and looking for a Customer Success & Partner Manager to help make that growth sustainable and impactful. The Role: This is a cross-functional position between Customer Success, Key Account Management, and Partner Development. You’ll act as the bridge between our company and our tax office partners, helping them succeed by understanding their performance data, identifying opportunities, and troubleshooting issues. Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our tax office partners. Use our digital dashboard to monitor performance, analyse data, and identify areas of improvement. Present quarterly updates and actionable insights to partners. Have honest, sometimes tough, conversations when expectations are not met — and find solutions. Support partners in aligning with service-level agreements. Be a proactive problem solver — when something’s unclear, you take the lead and figure it out. Help shape our evolving internal processes — this is a role for doers and builders. What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves:
Previous experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Account Management. Strong analytical mindset — you love digging into numbers and finding patterns. Tech-savvy — you’re comfortable using tools like Slack, Jira, dashboards, and conferencing tools. Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Based in Berlin or willing to travel here quarterly. Confident communicator, unafraid of difficult conversations. A true sense of ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in tax, SaaS, or professional services industries. Familiarity with learning or training platforms (e. g. Talent LMS, Canva).
