Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Giza for a Tour Operator. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning and organizing guided tours, managing bookings and reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with clients to fulfill travel needs. The role involves coordinating with partners, handling tour logistics, and promoting sales of various travel packages. Qualifications Strong expertise in Guided Tours and Travel & TourismExceptional Customer Service skills for ensuring client satisfactionProficiency in managing Reservations and booking systemsSales experience with the ability to promote and sell travel packagesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain focus in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with Egypt’s cultural, historical, and tourism highlights is preferredBachelor’s degree in Tourism Management or related field is a plus
