Location of work is Zagreb with possibility of hybrid work.Your ‘day to day’You Will Be Responsible ForDeveloping, deploying, and coordinating execution of trade activation platforms and toolboxes (such as trade education, trade programs, trade events)Preparing and running trade activation initiatives to trade partners through field forceSetting up regular engagement platforms and events to educate trade universe and reinforce partnership.Evaluating trade programs and tools efficiency, addressing potential opportunities for upgrades and improvements, review performance indicators and share feedback to improve the activities.Preparing and running digital trade engagement tools and initiatives by cooperating with digital team.Coordinating agencies’ execution under scope to acquire efficient services (high quality execution and timely service delivery).Developing constructive relationships within agencies and suppliers, assisting them to continuously meet PMI standards and evaluating their performance.Contributing to overall trade activation initiatives budget planning, providing trade activation cost analysis, and ensuring cost efficiencyWho We’re Looking ForUniversity degreeProven experience (minimum 3 years) in field sales or marketing positions would be considered a plusConsumer centric mindsetAction driven and thinking outside of the box with the ability to tackle sophisticated problemsLearning on the fly and ready to adaptDetail orientedExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficient English and Croatian language skillsDrivers license (B category)What We OfferOur success depends on the colleagues who come to work with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress every single day.
