AvaTrade is seeking a strategic, hands-on business development leader to drive the growth of our B2C trading offerings, with a primary focus on Futures. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for expanding and improving the company’s retail trading products and services — such as Futures, CFDs, and other trading instruments — with the aim of increasing client acquisition, retention, and overall trading volume. You will own the full P&L for the Futures business and lead both commercial and operational expansion in highly regulated global markets. Working across a matrix of cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Product, Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Technology — you will scale our trading products, optimize user experiences, and capture new market opportunities.Responsibilities:- Manage full P&L for the Futures business, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.- Lead and align cross-functional matrix teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Compliance, Operations, Technology) to achieve business goals.- Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy focusing on mid-level and experienced traders, including market segmentation and expansion planning.- Oversee the development and optimization of trading platforms (e.g., MT5) and enhance user experience.- Drive data-driven decision making: create dashboards, track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and maximize ROI.- Identify new markets and develop affiliate/partner channels with innovative incentive models.- Continuously improve products through research, user feedback, and competitive benchmarking.Requirements:- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the trading, CFD, Futures, or FinTech space.- Deep knowledge of global Futures markets, trading platforms (e.g., MT5), and regulatory landscape.- Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional teams in matrix structures.- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking.- Familiarity with CME and other global Futures exchanges.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA – a plus).- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.- Experience managing global teams and launching products across multiple geographies.- Multilingual capabilities or proven experience creating content for diverse language markets.- Fluent English (verbal and written) – must
