Job Title: Medicine Sales Executive Location: AccraAbout the RoleWe are a reputable and fast-growing healthcare company in Accra seeking a results-driven Medicine Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving consistent sales growth within assigned territories.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and training for healthcare providers.Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.Provide professional and timely after-sales support to clients.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technology, or a related field.2–4 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of the Ghanaian pharmaceutical market.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Must reside in Accra and be willing to travel within assigned territories.RemunerationWe offer an attractive base salary, performance-based commissions, and additional incentives.How to ApplyInterested applicants should send their CVs to jobs@hcowa.com
