Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Kumasi for a Head of School. The Head of School collaborating with the manager of schools, will oversee the leadership and day-to-day management of the educational institution. Responsibilities include review and implementing curricula, ensuring quality teaching standards, managing staff and student affairs, coordinating educational programs, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role involves fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and organizational policies.QualificationsStrong expertise in Curriculum review and EducationProven Educational Leadership and team management skillsExcellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and stakeholdersResearch proficiency to support innovative educational strategies and operationsCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmentRelevant degree or advanced qualification in Education or related field is requiredExperience in a leadership role within an educational institution is highly preferred
