Join us and make a lasting impact in a high-visibility position.Meaningful Work From Day OneThe Traditional Trade Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales and distribution activities, with afocus on brand building, increasing brand awareness among customers, and ensuring the optimal marketposition for Brown-Forman brands within TT. This role works closely with and supports the TT Area SalesManager. The Traditional Trade Sales Supervisor is accountable for achieving both personal and teamgoals, and for managing and developing a team of distributors.What You Can ExpectTraditional Trade(TT) ManagementImplements the overall sales strategy in TT and guides teams of B-F business partners toimplement these strategies.Makes point-of-sale visits in line with the sales steps, in accordance with company standards, andaccording to the routes approved by the Area Sales Manager.Makes commercial visits to TT sales points and establishes and maintains business partnershipswith the visited sales points.Responsible for the physical availability of new and seasonal products in all store formats in theirregion.Responsible for the sales (distributor buying and field sales), distribution and visibility of B-Fproducts.Ensures optimum stock level at sales points and displays products in accordance with BFstandards, legal advice and internal regulationsAligns the investments with the company's strategic objectives.Responsible for applying the brands according to the determined planograms and positioning thePOSM materials in the best possible way.Ensures that the budgets allocated for the activities are implemented appropriately and efficientlyin line with the installation mechanics and deadlines in accordance with the standards applicablein the company.Responsible for including potential new TT channel sales points operating in their region in thecoverage. Provides guidance to the teams of B-F business partners in this regard.Implements the opening and/or closing of Traditional Channel sales points in the system in linewith company standards.Makes regional analyzes that supports increasing the sales of B-F brands and the realization ofcompany targets, prepares action plans and implements these plans together with the teams of B-F business partners.Ensures the correct implementation of sales campaigns/promotional activities.Guarantees the responsible territory consistently achieves top-tier results.Holds regular meetings with the sales team of B-F business partners. Guiding sales teams in linewith company strategies.Distributor ManagementResponsible for communication and coordination with distributors.The candidate monitors the compliance of the distributors & operations with B-F standards andlegal processes, and takes action, when necessary, by coordinating with the Area Sales Manager.Supports the Area Sales Manager in the creation of distributor orders and manages distributorproduct purchase targets by considering optimum stock levels and predicting field salesperformance.Ensure business needs and takes action in coordination with TT Area Sales Manager as neededWorks in coordination with distributors for business development opportunities (Number of salesrepresentatives required, regional organization planning, competitive analysis within the region,etc.)Administrative DutiesDelivers the expected data, reports, activity evaluation in a timely manner according to thestandards and procedures valid in the company.Responsible for timely reporting in accordance with B-F standards through Panorama & Vispera.(Collecting data on BF products, market data, data on customers served, and information oncompetitors' activities in the market)Supervises the work of B-F business partners who provide merch services in the field.Responsible for maintaining the customer database in their region accurately and up-to-date.Maintains operations in the responsible territory in compliance with company standards.Holds regular meetings with the TT Area Sales Manager for feedback and insights on the status ofthe work and shares action plans when needed.Keep the relevant database accurate and up-to-date for the customers in their responsibleterritory.Acts as the Brand Ambassador of the B-F Portfolio.
