Your mission is to ensure efficient truck utilization, on-time deliveries, and full compliance with all logistics and transport regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.Position SummaryYou will be the central link in daily operations — assigning tasks to drivers, resolving transport-related challenges, communicating with customers, and ensuring that every shipment reaches its destination smoothly and safely.This is a full-time position within our growing logistics organization.Who You AreYou are an experienced transport or logistics professional, comfortable making quick decisions and coordinating multiple tasks at once. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy optimizing routes and processes. You take responsibility for operational performance and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and drivers alike.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate international transport routes for bulk liquid food shipments across EuropeAssign daily tasks and schedules to company driversEnsure on-time loading and delivery in accordance with customer requirementsCommunicate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsPrepare and manage transport documentation (CMR, delivery notes, etc.)Optimize transport costs and maximize truck utilizationManage operational issues such as delays, rerouting, or vehicle breakdownsEnsure compliance with transport legislation, safety, and food transport standardsSupport management with operational KPIs and performance reportsRequirementsExperience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or a similar operational roleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and make quick, informed decisionsProactive mindset with high reliability and attention to detailGood understanding of transport regulations and documentationAbility to work effectively with drivers, customers, and external partnersStrong organizational and time-management skillsNice to HaveExperience with food-grade or bulk liquid transportKnowledge of safety and quality standards related to food logisticsFamiliarity with transport management systems or similar tools Trade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
