Job DescriptionJob OverviewThis role is category-based and will report to the Nordics Cluster Category Leadership Head.This associate will play a critical role in providing fact and insight-based solutions that drive impulse categories for our retail partners and Mars Wrigley at the Front End of stores, the Transaction Zone. This individual will serve as the strategic lead for transaction zone strategy and the execution of projects with our priority customers, leading to the design of scalable solutions. This role will work closely with internal and external partners, such as Mars Wrigley Category strategist & Perfect Store team, customer category managers, display & equipment manager and sales teams, to engage retailers from sales and retail directors to category managers to store operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, build, and deploy the Transaction Zone roadmap for Nordics, maximizing shopper convenience, operational efficiency, and sales conversion for category and Mars WrigleyLead end-to-end Transaction Zone project from design to in-store execution and analysis, collaborating with sales and display & equipment managerOwn customer sell-in and steps to engage with customers on Transaction Zone design projects to execute positioning Mars Wrigley as the best-in-class partner for Transaction Zone designThe associate must be able to work collaboratively with regional partners in Transaction Zone leadership, to adopt and adapt principles and learnings from one retailer to another.
