Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Transportation Coordinator to oversee and manage the company’s vehicle fleet and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing drivers, scheduling vehicle use, ensuring compliance with UAE traffic regulations, and maintaining the efficient movement of transportation. Key Responsibilities Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and registered on time. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules. Supervise and support company drivers, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies. Manage vehicle insurance renewals, registration, and Salik/fine payments. Coordinate with external workshops and service centers for repairs and maintenance. Monitor transport costs and suggest cost-saving initiatives. Handle emergency situations (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, accidents) efficiently. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily transportation activities of company vehicles. Coordinate and follow up on accident cases — report incidents, liaise with insurance companies, obtain repair approvals, and coordinate with garages/workshops until vehicle delivery Requirements: Candidate with valid UAE Driving License. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in transport coordination or fleet management in the UAE. Proven experience dealing with vehicle insurance claims and repair workshops. Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and fleet tracking systems (preferred) Good communication skills in English Preferred Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field (Automotive, Transport, Logistics, etc.)
