Truck Sales Assistant

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB/ JOB SUMMARY: This position is a front line Customer job and represents the company image and promotes the brand of the company. The primary responsibility is to increase sales and represent the brand.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Follow all instructions according to procedure2. Give feedback to regional manager on accurate quantities of products to pack shelves to ensure availability of product 3. Manage cash sales to minimize unsold products4. Develop good customer relationship5. Exceed Sales targets6. Complete scheduled delivery of products7. Abide by all road codes and/or report on them if broken 8. Care for vehicle and keep it clean and tidy9. Complete delivery route stop report10. Packing supermarket shelves and merchandising products11. Managing trays to ensure all trays are returned12. Operate a handheld computer for delivery`13. Take care of expensive hand held devices14. Provide feedback on strategies to improve sales on route15. Participates in Marketing Ventures16. Timely Collection using statements17. Accurately record collections to include customer name, etc18. Provide feedback on competition19.
