You’ll run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure on-time, compliant purchasing.What you’ll doExecute end-to-end purchasing cycles (PR to PO to GRN) in the ERP system.Prepare RFQs/RFPs, analyze bids, build comparisons, and recommend awards.Negotiate pricing, delivery, warranties, and payment terms with suppliers.Maintain approved vendor lists; qualify new suppliers and track performance KPIs.Ensure documentation accuracy (POs, contracts, NDAs, MSAs) and audit readiness.Monitor delivery schedules, resolve shortages/quality issues with stakeholders.Support budget adherence and savings reporting; track cost-avoidance initiatives.Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, GR/IR matching, and payment follow-ups.Adhere to internal controls, ethics, and HSE/compliance requirements.QualificationsUAE National (UAEN) with a Family Book/UAE Passport.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.1–3 years experience in procurement or supply chain (internships count).Working knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot).Solid RFQ/RFP, bid analysis, and basic contract/commercial terms understanding.Strong communication (English essential; Arabic is a plus), organization, and follow-through.Advantageous: experience with technical categories (IT, engineering services, MRO), e-sourcing tools (Ariba/Tejari), and vendor due-diligence processes.Additional InformationAccelerated learning path with mentorship and structured onboarding.Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
