About The RoleWiserAdvisor is looking for a part-time contract UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience across our platforms, including Indyfin—a powerful reputation-building solution designed for financial advisors and RIA firms. As a designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how advisors and their prospects engage with our product, creating intuitive, elegant, and user-centric interfaces.You’ll collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design thoughtful experiences that drive trust, engagement, and conversions. This is a high-impact opportunity for a designer who wants to see their work move the needle in a rapidly growing company serving the wealth management industry.What You’ll OwnUX/UI Design ExecutionTranslate user needs and business goals into clean, modern, and effective UI designsCreate wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web experienceDesign new features and iterate on existing ones based on user feedback and product objectivesEnsure design consistency across components, screens, and platformsUser Research & FeedbackConduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insightsInterpret data and feedback to inform UX decisions and identify friction pointsCollaborate with the product team to prioritize improvements based on user impactCollaboration & WorkflowWork alongside developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementationContribute to and evolve our design system and style guideWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with B2B or SaaS productsStrong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and clean, modern UI designProficiency in FigmaExperience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvementsAbility to work independently and manage your time across multiple projectsStrong communication skills and ability to present your work to stakeholdersBonus:Familiarity with the financial services or advisor/RIA spaceExperience designing for lead gen or review-based platformsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required)Contract DetailsType: Part-time, ContractHours: ~15–20 hours/week, flexibleDuration: Initial 1 month with opportunity to extendStart Date: ASAPNon-US candidates are okay, but must be willing to overlap with US ET business hoursTo apply, please include your portfolio and a brief note about why this role aligns with your experience and goals.
