UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities UX Research & Analysis – Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs. User Experience Design – Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that deliver seamless, intuitive user journeys. Video Production – Conceptualise, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality videos for product demos, onboarding, tutorials, and user engagement campaigns. Design & Communication Materials – Design and generate training materials, Go-live communications, newsletters, townhall briefing decks, and other user engagement collateral. Multimedia Integration – Incorporate video, motion graphics, and animations into UX deliverables to enhance clarity and engagement. Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX and multimedia into product development cycles. Brand Alignment – Ensure all design, video, and communication materials are consistent with brand identity and visual guidelines. Feedback Iteration – Use analytics, user feedback, and testing results to refine designs and multimedia content for continuous improvement.Qualifications Must be Singaporean Must be eligible for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in IT or cloud-related projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, video creation work, and communication materials (portfolio submission required for assessment).EA License # 14C6941
