This role bridges design and technology, transforming UI/UX design concepts into functional front-end experiences that align with user needs and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript)Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready codeBuild reusable and scalable UI components using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsOptimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibilityIntegrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend servicesEnsure adherence to brand guidelines, UI consistency, and best-practice design standardsConduct code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectivesTroubleshoot and debug UI issues during development and post-deploymentMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologiesImplement accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusivity and complianceWork with QA teams to ensure functionality meets specifications and performance benchmarksContribute to continuous improvement in UI development processes and toolsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience5–7 years of hands-on experience in UI development or front-end engineeringTop 3 Must Haves HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)Strong Understanding OfResponsive design and cross-platform optimizationWeb performance tuning and accessibility standardsVersion control systems (Git)Experience integrating APIs and handling JSON dataStrong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced Agile development environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Next.js, React Native, or mobile UI frameworksFamiliarity with UI automation testing (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)Understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, SketchKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment basicsExperience in large-scale enterprise applicationsWhy Qualitest?Be a part of a company who strives to support for diversity and inclusion in the workplace – we are one, we are many at Qualitest.
