Join us in making a difference across APAC and beyond. Role:The Unifi IT Consultant will design, implement and support Ubiquiti Unifi networks for MicroAgility APAC offices and /or its clients. The role requires expertise in wireless, switching, routing and security solutions, with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities: Assess requirements and design Unifi-based IT solutions.Install, configure and optimize Unifi products including Access Points, Switches, Gateways, and Controllers.Monitor and maintain Unifi networks, ensuring uptime and performance.Conduct site surveys and recommend coverage improvements.Configure VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Unifi systems.Train IT Team on Unifi management tools and best practices.Document configurations, network diagrams and client reports.Stay updated on Unifi product updates and emerging networking technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience with Ubiquiti Unifi networking solutions.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network routing.Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, WLAN, and firewall setup.Familiarity with Unifi Controller, Cloud Key, and Protect solutions.Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Good communication and client-handling skills. Preferred Qualifications: Ubiquiti certifications (UEWA, UBWA, or equivalent).Experience in multi-site network deployments.Knowledge of VOIP, CCTV, and IoT integration with Unifi. MicroAgility APAC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
