Unilever Philippines Media Lead

This role will lead the following across all Business Units in Unilever Philippines: Agency ManagementManage the operations and performance of Media Agency of Record.Optimize workflows and organization design to maximize performance across all Business UnitsEnsure compliance of agency to Unilever MSA and audit requirementsLiaise across Business Units to deploy One-Unilever initiatives, ranging from partner commitments to shared capabilities and fees Partner ManagementLead the negotiation with JBP media partners on behalf of all Business UnitsManage partner relationship and ensure alignment of partnerships to both Unilever and Business Unit agenda Data GovernanceChair the Data and AI Governance Council in the Philippines, ensuring compliance to both Philippines and internal data mandatories.A Data and AI Governance Council helps ensure cross-functional alignmentand accountability by bringing together key stakeholders—such as marketing, legal, data, and IT—to address strategic priorities, regulatory updates, and operational risks.QualificationsMinimum of 6 years of professional experience in media, communications, or network operationsDemonstrated success in collaborating with media teams both internal and external organizationsStrong track record of building partnerships with agencies, business units (BUs), and cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive alignmentSolid understanding of data governance principles and best practicesWe highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
