You should be comfortable using AI video tools, stock/B-roll footage, and Adobe (Premiere/After Effects) or similar tools to quickly create content that looks professional without needing a full film crew. This is a production-heavy role — we’ll feed you topics, scripts, and brand direction, and you’ll turn them into a steady flow of 15–60 second videos.Requirements1–3+ years in video editing/content creation (agency, start-up, or freelance is fine).Strong portfolio of short-form social content (send links!).Comfortable working with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, HeyGen, Pika, Veed, CapCut templates) or open to learning quickly.Knows how to make videos fast without sacrificing clarity or brand.Experience adding subtitles/burned-in captions.Good sense of storytelling for B2B or service brands.Able to work from a monthly brief/calendar and hit deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in HR, staffing, EOR, BPO, or SaaS content.Ability to do basic thumbnail/cover design.Familiarity with LinkedIn as a content channel.Comfort editing UGC-style videos.ResponsibilitiesProduce a monthly batch of short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn) based on our content calendar.Edit videos using Adobe Premiere / After Effects / CapCut / Descript or similar.Source and integrate B-roll / stock / AI-generated footage to elevate videos.Add captions, hooks, music, SFX, transitions, and light motion graphics to make videos scroll-stopping.Repurpose webinar clips, podcast snippets, sales videos, and talking-head content into social-first edits. Keep everything on brand — fonts, colors, logo stings, lower thirds.Stay on top of short-form trends and suggest new formats.Organize and deliver files in the correct formats/sizes for each platform.Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:Must have excellent English communication skills.Has the ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new technologies, processes, or methods.Great logical and verbal reasoning skills.Exceptionally detail-oriented.Exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills.Ability to think outside the box.A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work. Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year.
