We are looking for a dependable, client service-oriented international marketing coordinator with excellent digital design, video editing, communication, social media, time-management, and organizational skills. You are expected to work closely with marketing coordinators and marketing managers, execute digital design tasks, create social content, edit copy, conduct market research, and provide administrative support to the team. This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract to cover maternity leave. In addition to the above, some of your other key responsibilities will be to: Check and edit documents for accuracy and compliance. Update information on websites and microsites.

Carry out design tasks on digital platforms, e. g. , Canva, Foleon, Marketo, etc. Assist with new projects by sourcing information, data, and copywriting. Edit document, image, and video content based on the brand guide of UP Education and partner institutions. QualificationsAbout you: To be successful as a marketing coordinator, you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up-to-date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent design skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology. You will also be expected to:

Have experience and passion for digital design and social mediaHave excellent time management skillsHave efficient organisational skills with the ability to multitaskBe an effective team player with the ability to work independently where requiredBe detail-oriented with excellent digital design skillsBe a competent user of Adobe design software, including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.

Have a can-do attitude and resilience in the face of challengesHave good communication skills, both oral and writtenIdeally be native in another language other than EnglishShow knowledge of general business software, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Additional InformationWhy work with us:
