Upselling Specialist (Adit Pay) - Remote

Job Responsibilities Convincing clients to sign up for Adit Pay.Ability to meet monthly targets for new sign-ups.We’re looking for individuals with strong experience, a positive attitude, and the drive to achieve and exceed monthly goals consistently.Follow up on all tasks and tickets, keeping clients informed at regular intervals.Engage with newly signed-up clients to encourage them to start processing transactions on Adit Pay.Help develop the payment acceptance strategy and own the execution of that strategy to deliver the overall business objectives.Direct and design the evolution of our payment platform, in conjunction with the Product team, to drive greater penetration and increased adoption of the Company's payment product.Own and maintain strong relationships with payment partners to deliver a platform that achieves our payment strategy and business objectives while holding them accountable for their commitments.Oversee payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Partner with our legal & compliance organization to implement and maintain robust risk management practices to mitigate fraud, chargebacks, and other payment-related risks.Desired CandidateExperience working with payment gateways or international merchant services.Ability to convince clients to sign up for Adit PayShould be Comfortable working the night shift from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am.Strong knowledge of payment processing systems i.e., gateway, swipe machines, and procedures.Follow up on all tasks and tickets, keeping clients informed at regular intervalsShould have excellent communication skillsWhy Adit?We trust our people and offer completely remote opportunities.Flexible work schedules for better work-life balance.Group of 550+ Agile, Smart and Dynamic IT Professionals.Supportive and collaborative work environment.5 days working company (Monday - Friday).
