Urgent openings _ Accounts Payable - HCL Technologies

Domain Requirements:1.Responsible to carry out Accounts Payables related activities for oil and Gas industry e.g. Indexing, invoice processing, vendor master management, Payment run, Claim processing and Audit.2. Working with internal and external stakeholder to that the open issues resolved.3. Supporting transformation initiatives and helping the team to achieve transformation goals4. Resolve AP process discrepancies. Research and respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to payment processes.5. Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions6. Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements7. Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management8. Make Recommendations to efficiently enhance processes, oversee & manage performance and service quality, guarantee customer satisfaction while meeting overall SLA and KPI, manage escalation issues and lead Monthly and Quarterly performance reviews with client.9. Keeping Project number always ready by heart and Ability to switch between different roles10. Advanced Analytical Skills11. Timely handling of complex requests in various Payables systems12. Monthly reconciliation on timely and accurate manner and propose solutions to resolve aged and upcoming aged itemsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in AP/ AR or similar role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.Shift Times - Should agree to work on any of below shiftsShift A -6 AM – 3 PMShift B -12 PM – 9 PMLocation - THE OFFICES - Cinnamon Life,130 Glennie St, Colombo 00200, Sri LankaWork Mode - Onsite 24*7Employment Type: Full TimePlease note that as a global company, there might be some changes in your job role over time.Shift will be decided by the project based on client's requirement.
