A successful Associate Graphic Designer will have strong verbal and visual communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and organization. The Associate Graphic Designer will be closely integrated with the business and will oversee several creative touchpoints, with a primary focus on digital assets.What You'll Do...Design and produce creative solutions for email, social media, web, packaging, ads, and point-of-sale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute artwork. Develop templates and efficiencies for recurring projects. Maintain documentation to track project development and changes. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and business requirements. What You’ll BringProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and current design software. Proficiency with Figma is a requirement. Experience designing for both digital and print media. Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
