This team is driving a major uplift in digital maturity and customer engagement through innovative platforms and user-centred design.Your new roleAs a User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web platforms and customer-facing systems. Working closely with a team of Product Owners, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, interpret challenges, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.Key responsibilities include:Conducting user research and facilitating workshops to gather insightsDesigning and iterating user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and FigJamMaintaining and evolving a cohesive design system and component libraryPartnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organisational goalsUsing analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvementSupport the organisation's uplift in digital maturityWhat you'll need to succeedStrong experience in UX design (not just UI), with a proven ability to create user-centred solutionsProficiency in Figma and related tools for design and process mappingExcellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teamsAbility to adapt communication style for audiences with varying digital literacyKnowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesWhat you'll get in returnThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative team on a permanent and full-time basis.
