Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas. Design and deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Design Keynote presentations for leadershipSkills and Competencies:Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
