UX Designer

UX Designer – Thera (YC '22)Thera is building an ecosystem of apps to run a modern business from global payroll to treasury, spend management, and invoicing. Use one or all of our best-in-class products, integrated into a seamless platform.We're looking for a UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to help craft elegant, intuitive experiences across our suite of financial tools. You'll work closely with product and engineering to translate complex business workflows into powerful, user-friendly interfaces. Ideal candidates are systems thinkers with strong product intuition, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, functional design.Responsibilities:Lead UX design across one or more Thera products, from concept to implementationCollaborate cross-functionally to define, prototype, and iterate on user flowsConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in FigmaContribute to and maintain our shared design systemChampion user-centric thinking across the companyRequirements:3–5 years of experience in UX or product designProficiency in Figma for design and prototypingStrong portfolio showcasing complex workflows and clean visual designExperience designing for web apps and/or business toolsClear communication and collaboration skillsCompensation Range: $20K - $100K
