UX/UI Designer

Position SummaryThe Senior UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible web application interfaces. The role includes creating wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, design systems, and collaborating with Product Owners, BAs, and Developers in an Agile/Scrum environment. A strong design portfolio and excellent communication skills are required.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate user-centered, visually compelling UI designsBuild wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch)Partner with BI teams to design dashboards & reportsConduct user research & usability testingEnsure WCAG/Section 508 accessibility complianceMaintain design systems and reusable componentsCollaborate with developers for accurate implementationCommunicate design concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesSupport Agile ceremonies and sprint workMentor BAs on design best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction/Graphic Design, or related field4+ years of UI/UX design experienceStrong portfolio (must include GitHub link)Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, PhotoshopExperience with user research, usability testingKnowledge of WCAG/508 standardsExperience in Agile/Scrum teamsStrong communication & collaboration skillsMust have HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptPreferred QualificationsExperience with WCAG testing toolsAbility to translate designs into front-end codeExperience with ASP.NET MVC, Razor, Blazor
