Vendor Quality Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified QA/QC Inspector with a strong background in Well Head equipment inspection and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate must hold a valid API SIFE certification or a combination of CSWIP 3.1 + API 570, and possess at least 6 years of hands-on experience in the oil & gas industry, specifically in Well Head equipment and vendor quality surveillance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspections and quality surveillance of Well Head equipment at vendor locations.Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and other technical documents.Ensure compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and client-specific specifications.Perform visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) as per project requirements.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of equipment.Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain documentation for audits and client review.Participate in source inspection planning and execution as per API guidelines.Support engineering and procurement teams in resolving quality-related issues.Required Qualifications:Certifications:Valid API SIFE certificationOR CSWIP 3.1 + API 570 (both mandatory if SIFE is not held)Experience:Minimum 6 years in QA/QC roles within the oil & gas sectorProven experience with Well Head equipment inspectionStrong exposure to vendor management and inspection coordinationTechnical Skills:Familiarity with NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT)Knowledge of standards: API, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, etc.Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and P&IDsSoft Skills:Strong communication and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.Preferred:Experience with major oil & gas clients or EPC contractorsFamiliarity with Saudi Aramco or PDO specificationsASNT Level II certifications (optional but advantageous)
