🚀 About the RoleAs a Strategy & Transformation Manager you will act as the right hand to the board – enabling strategic clarity, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. Drive and manage key strategic and operational initiatives on behalf of the CEO/CAO (Chief Acceleration Officer)Prepare and structure executive decision-making processes, including board materials and investor updatesConduct market, competitor, and innovation analyses to inform top-level prioritiesEnsure follow-through and execution of leadership decisions across the organizationAct as a thought partner and sounding board on topics across strategy, tech, product, and org designCoordinate and align cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholdersLead ad-hoc problem solving and drive business-critical special projects👤 Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate at eye level with senior leadership.
