Vice President, FP&A

Our client is a leading global alternatives investment firm that has a long track record of investing across the alts space - PE, Credit, Real Estate, etc. They are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join its Boston-based finance team as a Vice President of FP&A. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, including projections related to investment realizations and capital deploymentAnalyze financial and operational trends to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with investment teams and senior finance leadership on firmwide planning initiativesContribute to the build-out of a new internal forecasting system and related analytical toolsSupport integration initiatives and location strategy planning across business unitsQualifications:8–15 years of FP&A experience within large financial services organizations (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, banks, insurance, or similar)Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a clean compliance backgroundCandidates interested in contributing to a world-class investment organization and gaining exposure across a global platform are encouraged to apply or reach out for additional information.
