Confidential Vice President of Concrete Opportunity – United StatesCMC Partners have recently partnered with a well-established, rapidly growing, and respected player within the US Construction Materials industry to appoint a highly experienced Vice President of Concrete to oversee a large, multi-state ready-mix concrete operation.This organisation has built a strong reputation over decades for delivering high-quality construction materials while maintaining a people-first culture centered around safety, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships. Following recent investment and the integration of several acquisitions, the business is now entering an exciting period of continued growth and operational development.This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for leading a large, multi-site concrete operation and continuing the strong progress already made across the division.Note – All candidates are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to conversations.Position Overview:The Vice President of Concrete will hold full strategic and operational responsibility for the organisation’s ready-mix and precast concrete businesses across multiple states. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will oversee commercial performance, operational efficiency, and cultural leadership across a large network of plants and business units.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, hard-working leader capable of driving accountability, building strong relationships with regional leadership teams, and maintaining momentum within a rapidly evolving construction materials platform.This position is an onsite role.
