Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a key advisor and have the authority to drive meaningful change across the organization. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires balancing legacy strengths with innovation, guiding the company toward becoming a truly agile, customer-focused product organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap.Build strong relationships across all stakeholders, including: Sales, marketing, legal, and commercial teamsProduct developmentGather and synthesize input from diverse sources into a coherent, prioritized strategy.Communicate decisions clearly, drive consensus, and ensure alignment across the organization.Deliver on roadmap commitments.Monitor product performance (sales, profitability, technical quality, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.Develop a deep understanding of the problem domain and market trends.Collaborate with senior leadershipParticipate in executive leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.Respect organizational legacy while championing agility and customer-centricity.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally within SaaS or software companies.Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance innovation with respect for established expertise.Experience building and leading high-performing product teams.Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with global reach.Why Join Formpipe?At Formpipe, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of a company with a loyal workforce and ambitious growth plans.
