Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.Position OverviewAs the Executive Leader of Revenue Optimization and Sales Operations, you will lead a diverse, global team responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning, and territory design. You will spearhead the modernization of pricing, quoting, and billing systems, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives. Embedded within Commercial Operations, this role also oversees a dedicated capability focused on process monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement.You will be instrumental in enabling sales productivity, optimizing coverage models, and ensuring that systems, processes, and data are seamlessly integrated to support scalable and profitable growth.The successful candidate will bring:A visionary approach to strategy and operational excellence.Proven leadership in transforming complex, global operations into standardized, data-driven engines.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a bias for execution.A track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business impact.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute the global commercial operations strategy delivering outstanding lead to cash capabilities supporting sales, marketing, pricing, contract management, and customer engagement initiativesDrive operational excellence by streamlining commercial processes, optimizing deal cycle times, and enhancing governance and compliance frameworksPartner closely with executive leadership, product development, finance, legal, and regional sales teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives with overall business goalsOversee sales operations functions including CRM management, sales analytics, forecasting, incentive compensation, and territory planningLead pricing operations and deal desk teams to enable competitive, profitable, and compliant contract and pricing solutions tailored for banking and retail equipment marketsChampion the integration of technology and automation tools to improve commercial data insights, reporting accuracy, and operational scalabilityBuild, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial operations organization capable of supporting global growth and complex, multi-market challengesMonitor key commercial metrics, deliver insights to executive leadership, and recommend actionable strategies to drive revenue expansion and margin improvementEnsure seamless customer experience by collaborating on order fulfillment, service delivery, and contract performance managementNavigate regulatory and industry-specific compliance requirements impacting commercial activities across different geographiesQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations, with at least 5 years in a global leadership roleExperience in Manufacturing and/or Technology industries and familiarity with Banking and Retail industriesProven strategic thinking, operational planning, and execution skills with a global business perspective Advanced analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex global market and operational data for strategic decision-making Strong leadership skills, adept at developing and motivating high-performing, geographically dispersed teamsStrong written and verbal communication, skilled stakeholder engagement, and ability to convey cross-cultural collaboration capabilities Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, financial management, and strategic commercial execution Experience navigating regulatory environments and ensuring compliance in commercial dealings is highly desirableFluency in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Results-oriented and data-driven with a commitment to continuous improvementAgile and adaptable leader comfortable driving change in fast-paced, evolving marketsStrong customer focus and ability to balance commercial priorities with operational excellenceFluency in additional languagesExperience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Why should you join Diebold Nixdorf?Brightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation The people of Diebold Nixdorf are 23,000+ teammates of diverse talents and expertise in more than 130 countries, harnessing future technologies to deliver personalized, secure consumer experiences that connect people to commerce.
