DescriptionWe're looking for experienced Account Executives - specializing in Agile software sales - to join our newest build-out here in NYC supporting our monday Dev product!About The RoleThis is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our Dev product (our newest growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling monday Dev sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our monday.com product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe!The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our monday Dev product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion. Lead discovery and monday Dev-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practicesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROIAct as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 Dev product in the marketStay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scaleRequirements3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience2+ years of experience selling a dedicated Agile development SaaS solutionFull Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute.
