You should be able to turn scripts, UI screens, and product features into clean, engaging, modern animations that showcase how our AI/SaaS products work.This role is ideal for someone experienced in animated explainers, SaaS demos, UI animation, and launch videos with smooth transitions and polished visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities2D Animation & Motion GraphicsCreate clean, modern 2D product demo animations.Animate UI screens, dashboards, workflows, and product features.Build smooth transitions, interactions, and visual sequences.Maintain consistent brand identity across animation styles.Storyboarding & Visual PlanningTranslate scripts or concepts into storyboards.Visualize product flows and feature explanations.Organize complex information into simple, clear animations.Product-Focused Video CreationAnimate how the product works step by step.Showcase features using clean 2D motion.Create app mockups, browser frames, or simplified UI elements.Audio & EditingAdd sound effects, background music, and timing cues.Sync voiceovers and motion for clarity and impact.Deliver fully polished, export-ready videos.RequirementsStrong portfolio of motion graphics and animated product demos.Proficiency in:Adobe After EffectsIllustrator / Figma (asset creation)Premiere Pro (final compile)Ability to create UI animations and smooth flow sequences.Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.Ability to work independently and deliver clean, high-quality animations quickly.Nice to HaveExperience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber).Experience creating animations for SaaS, AI tools, or product launches.Skill in light 3D or advanced kinetic typography.Who You AreCreative, detail-oriented, and visually strong.You understand modern startup/SaaS motion design trends.You can take rough ideas and turn them into polished animated assets.Fast, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple brand styles.Note All qualified candidates are required to complete a brief assessment by recreating your own version of the sample in the link below:Assessment Link: https://youtu.be/ToJTrPTekg4Please upload your completed version to Google Drive and share the access link with us at careers@workcityafrica.com.
