You’ll work closely with our creative team to transform raw footage into polished, impactful narratives for social platforms, web content, and campaign releases.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and assemble raw footage into cohesive and compelling stories.Adapt content for different platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, campaign capsules, etc.).Collaborate closely with the Creative Director.Ensure consistency in style, brand tone, and visual identity.Organize project files, timeline versions, and media backups.Deliver drafts within deadlines and handle revisions professionally.Stay updated with new editing trends, formats, and tools.You’ll Be Working OnReels / TikTok short-form storytellingEvent recap videosBranded content & product storytellingInterviews and testimonial capsulesArtistic / conceptual visualsYouTube and mid-form formatsShort creative video narrativesRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut ProSolid visual storytelling and pacing senseFamiliarity with social media formats (vertical, 1:1, 16:9)Good audio syncing & sound cleaning skillsKnowledge of color gradingRespect for deadlines and ability to manage multiple ongoing projectsOwn a laptop capable of video editing (due to hybrid/flexible workflow)Nice to Have Basic to intermediate After Effects or motion graphicsInterest in experimenting with new creative tools or AI workflowsExperience in archiving & media managementSoft SkillsWe value mindset as much as technical skill:Curious and willing to learn new workflowsCommunicates clearly and respectfullyWorks well both independently and in a teamOrganized, reliable, detail-orientedWork SetupFull-timeHybrid, flexible hours.
