Based from our Newcastle office and working closely with our Founder's Media Team, you'll be creating high-quality video content daily across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn - delivering sharp, engaging videos that drive real results. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone hungry to turn their content career professional. What you'll do Transform raw footage into polished, ready-to-publish videos with tight pacing, strong hooks, and platform-optimised outputsEdit daily content across multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for different platformsApply captions and trending sounds in line with brand standardsTranslate creative briefs into strong, visually engaging contentAdapt content for different platforms and audiences, tailoring pacing and toneIntegrate licensed music, sound effects, and stock footage as requiredCreate content designed to maximise watch time, engagement, and conversionsReview feedback and analytics from the Content Creator to continuously improve your editsStay current with social media trends, editing styles, and viral formatsRecommend new approaches to structure, hooks, or visual execution that can lift resultsKeep all projects well organised with consistent naming conventions and clear folder structuresDeliver all assets on time and to brief What you'll bring You're a social media native - you live and breathe social, know what's trending, what sounds are taking off, and can demonstrate how you've made engaging contentStrong proficiency in CapCut and native editing software like TikTok or Instagram EditsYou can review long-form recordings, spot the best moments, and turn them into engaging short-form videos without step-by-step directionSkilled in adding captions and trending sounds that enhance storytellingStrong eye for pacing, composition, visual detail, and picking attention-grabbing shotsAbility to edit for speed, retention, and engagement while maintaining brand tone and consistencyExperience optimising content for different aspect ratios and platform requirementsAbility to interpret creative briefs and execute with minimal directionHighly organised with excellent time management - proven ability to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication skillsComfortable working autonomously while maintaining close communication with the Founder and Content CreatorYou bring energy, initiative, and creativity to every edit, keeping the process fast and funYou're obsessed with getting better - you study creators, watch breakdowns, and test what you learn.
